Episode 15 of RACE22 Radio will hit the airwaves Monday night at 6:30pm and will be headlined by Limited Late Model driver Daryn Cockram.
Cockram will join the RACE22 Radio crew to talk about his upcoming season including the reopening of his home track Motor Mile Speedway in Radford, VA. Cockram will join RACE22 Radio host and founder of RACE22.com, Langley Austin along with his co-hosts Roger Johnson and “Crazy” Corey Latham in the studio at Performancenter Racing Warehouse in Statesville, NC for the long-form sit-down.
The guys will talk about the few races that were able to get completed on a rainy weekend around the region. They’ll talk about Peyton Sellers third win in a row and second in a row at South Boston as well as a wild night at Southern National Motorsports Park that saw Stacy Puryear and Bradley McCaskill go to victory lane. They’ll also chat about the Bubba Pollard, Preston Peltier dust-up and the Easter Bunny 150 PASS National race at Hickory Motor Speedway as a whole and the twins at Myrtle Beach Speedway where Sam Yarbrough and Will Burns took turns in victory lane.
Cockram will also help us preview the grand reopening of Motor Mile Speedway as they kick off their season this upcoming Saturday. It’ll be the first asphalt stock car race held at the Dublin, VA track since the fall of 2017. After a season of closure, they’ll talk about what fans can expect to see on the track and what Cockram expects specifically in the Limited division in which he competes for Lee Pulliam Performance.
