10. Justin Allison
Justin Allison made four starts in 2012, but of those four starts, he finished in the Top 10 twice. Allison, the 2010 Allison Legacy Car Series champion hasn’t had a full time ride since his Legacy Car championship, but when he’s in a ride, he brings the car home with a solid finish. Look for Allison to come into his own in 2013.
