9. Bradley McCaskill
Bradley McCaskill only started four races in 2012 with one Top 10 finish, coming at the Orange County Speedway. McCaskill sits tenth on our list, not because of his record in PASS, but simply because McCaskill was the car to beat at the Thanksgiving Classic back in November at Southern National Motorsports Park.
