3. Jay Fogleman
With wins at Motor Mile Speedway and Caraway Speedway during the North/South Shootout in 2012, Jay Fogleman returns to the series as the veteran on the tour. Fogleman within the last few years has started his own chassis company, Bull City Racecars and appears to have things figured out. Look for him to compete with young hotshoe Kyle Grissom for the series championship this year.
