Episode 8 of RACE22 Radio will hit the airwaves tonight at 7:00pm and will be headlined by Hickory Motor Speedway General Manager Kevin Piercy.
Piercy will join the gang to talk about his upcoming season opener at Hickory Motor Speedway this Saturday. Piercy will also talk about the challenges he faces at Hickory and we’ll also ask him many questions about the business of running a short track.
Nathan Lineback will also join us in the second hour of the show. Lineback has been racing Limited Late Models the last few years and seems to have found a home at Hickory Motor Speedway. We’ll talk to him about his plans and more.
We also plan to check in with Chris Ragle, Race Director for the CARS Tour. We’ll talk to him about the season opener this past weekend at Southern National Motorsports Park. We’ll dive into the business and race directing side of the CARS Tour more than the races themselves.
RACE22 Radio host and founder of RACE22.com, Langley Austin along with his co-hosts Roger Johnson and “Crazy” Corey Latham will also talk about the upcoming season openers at Hickory and South Boston Speedway as well as the races upcoming at Greenville Pickens, Myrtle Beach and Caraway Speedway on Sunday.
