4. Dillon Bassett
Dillon Bassett was the 2012 Rookie of the Year, and very well could have been the champion as well. Bassett drove his first full season in a Late Model Stock Car in 2012 on the tour. With two wins and 10 Top 5’s, Bassett will be a tough competitor in 2013.
