COPPER HILL, VA :: The 2013 UARA-STARS season kicks off this weekend at a new opening venue for the series. Southern National will play host to the tour Saturday afternoon for the first time in several years. With the opener so close, we’ve been hard at work coming up with the ten best drivers that will start the season. We’ll be updating our Power Rankings after each race to reflect what the racing action says, and not so much what the results say. So you favorite driver might win the race, but in our opinion, he may not be the best driver that weekend. So let us know in the comments who should be in the Top 10 and who should be out.
