Ron Miller said, “The track has decided after much research to retain the South East Late Model Series rule for the feature division much like last year. Those rules allow us to run a balanced field of cars. Dillon Motor Speedway and our rules will be the same and thus we can run the late models with bigger fields. There will be no GM Vortec heads allowed in the rules at either track. Post race and protested entries of engines may result in extensive review and evaluation prior to a decision being made.”

The rules for the trucks will be common among the three tracks, with a few minor changes from last year rules. Intentions are to a have a common set of rules among the facilities.
Rules for the new “Charger” class cars are being compiled and written by Ron Miller as well as the “Mini-Stocks. The track is making every effort to contain the cost of constructing and fielding a car in these two divisions.
