Five Late Model Stock Cars will be up for auction, along with two Kowalsky LMSC engines and a 604 crate engine at this Saturday’s NRV Race Auction, 711 Salem Ave SW in Roanoke VA.  A LMSC Townsend roller with a 2006 LTO front will be offered for no reserve.  Also, both Kowalsky SBC LMSC engines will be offered at no reserve.  Both engines only have 150 laps on them since last freshened.  Additionally, there will be a pit cart at no reserve along with hundreds and hundreds of parts, equipment and tools.

“This will be one of our biggest auctions”, owner Mike Dailey said.   “We’ve got five Late Models here already, we’ve got a 604 crate engine, and a 24 foot enclosed V-nose trailer.  Someone is going to get some really good deals on these things because the owners said they need to make room.”

In addition to the hundreds of items NRV Race Auction will have, they’ll also have some specialty items such as plasma cutters, welders, power washers, engine hoists, and several other pieces of shop equipment.  The auction is held in a climate controlled building.  A concession stand will serve lunch, there’s plenty of comfortable seating, and restrooms are on site.

“We’re busy sorting everything out right now and we’ll put pictures up on our website just as soon as we can.   The cars and some other items are up on the front page now, but we have a ton of other stuff and we’ll get that up on our pictures page as soon as we can.  We’re just swamped right now with so much stuff”, says Dailey.

The auction is one of the biggest in the country and the largest racing auction in Virginia.  “It’s a lot of fun.  Racers can come and talk with other racers and there’s always some great information shared there.  A lot of people come just to hang out and socialize.  It’s really an awesome event”, Dailey states.
