Honorable Mentions …
Devin Jones — After a slow start at Southern National, Devin Jones ran in the top ten for most of the Hickory race and finished 8th.
Brandon Jones — Unlike his less than stellar PASS Series performance a week later, Brandon Jones kept his nose clean and his car under him for a 10th place finish in the UARA event at Hickory.
Travis Byrd — He might not have many starts in a Late Model but his Limited experience is paying off as Travis Byrd was able to stay out of trouble and finish 11th in his UARA debut.
Dillon Houser — Dollar for dollar, Dillon Houser shouldn’t be able to compete with the UARA drivers. Car for car, he should be able to finish in front of anyone but the young man has shown with just a handful of starts that he can wheel a car.
CJ Hulsey — He might have had one of the fastest cars at the Hickory race but a spin early on and some dangerous driving by others sidelined him early but CJ Hulsey has shown he can race with the best of them. In fact he finished second in his most recent NWAAS start last week at Hickory to teammate David Garbo, Jr.
