1. Philip Morris
If Philip Morris runs the full season, he and Lee Pulliam could be on their way to a classic rivalry. Both will be competing at the same tracks throughout the region, so the National Championship could get hot and heavy come late August and September. Philip held Motor Mile captive for several years and then in 2011 moved to South Boston and racked off numerous wins. 2013 could be a bigger year then 2011 for Philip if Martinsville was any indication.
