5. Matt Bowling
Matt Bowling came on to the scene in 2012 by winning the South Boston Speedway track championship. Bowling won the first race of the twin weekend on April 14th and claimed the points lead early on during the season. He never looked back winning his first track championship.
Bowling will return to South Boston Speedway in 2013 looking to defend his title. Southern National Motorsports Park and Motor Mile Speedway are also on his schedule in 2013.
