21. Daniel Pope II
The Kingsport Speedway regular has had his share of good and bad luck over the last few season. With run-ins with Nate Monteith at Kingsport several times, Pope hasn’t had the runs he’d like. With Monteith not running full time in 2013, Daniel Pope could would one of the guys that could step up and lay claim to being the “King of the Concrete Jungle” at Kingsport.
