The Myrtle Beach 400 will return to its roots this year as a single weekend event after being split into two weekends for the last several years. The event will take place on November 15-16th.
The Myrtle Beach 400 and Myrtle Beach 250 have been held on two separate but back to back weekends since 2014 but this year’s event will merge the two events back together, much like the event was run under the previous ownership and traditionally throughout the last several decades previous.
This move is made possible by the removal of the Modifieds from the schedule, which will allow for the Late Model Stock Cars, Limited Late Models and Super Trucks to take center stage on one big weekend instead of spreading out over two weekends of racing.
Myrtle Beach Speedway confirmed the decision on via their Facebook page today.
