MYRTLE BEACH, SC – Josh Lowder qualified on the pole for the Southeast Limited Late Model Pro race at Myrtle Beach Speedway on Saturday, making the most, so far, of his first trip to the half-mile track.
Lowder ran a blistering 20.545-second lap around the Myrtle Beach Speedway racetrack during Piedmont Racing Expo qualifying for the Duragloss Limited Late Models. Earlier this week, he told Race22.com his goal was to qualify up front and stay there during the race with every expectation of winning.
Adam Congrove timed in second while Brandon Lemke, Jonathan Cash, and Austin Green all qualified inside the top-five. Rounding out the top-10 were Chris Chapman, Jeremy Pelfrey, Jamie Weatherford, Mitch Walker, and Mack Little.
The green flag will fly on the Myrtle Beach 250 at 3:30pm. Race22.com has rolling live coverage on RaceDay Live all day.
