NEWTON, NC :: Austin Theriault, Spencer Davis, Garrett Campbell, Ben Rowe and Trey Mitchell all showed they could be the cars to beat in Saturday’s Easter Bunny 150 as each driver cracked the 14 second bracket in practice on Friday afternoon. Campbell and Johanna Long both appeared to have consistency holding their lap times in fairly consistently.
Theriault was the fastest with a 14.883 second lap, unofficially, as timed by RACE22.com staff.
Austin Reed was the fastest in the Pro Late Models with a 15.455 second lap, unofficially. Josh Nichols was the only CCS Modified who took advantage of the practice session.
