Clay Roger, in the words of Rusty Wallace, “drove the wheels off his hot rod” on Saturday night.  Rogers started fourth and was a contender all night, until problems forced him to pit road.  Rogers would start at the back of the field and work his way back to the top ten by lap 100.  Eventually coming home fifth, if Rogers could find a ride for the full season, he might be a force.
