Carson Kvapil picked up the first win of the season for PRW Chassis and Performancenter Racing Warehouse this past weekend.
Kvapil’s win came in the Limited Late Model portion of the Winter Meltdown at Greenville Pickens Speedway. Kvapil finished the race ahead of Brody Pope, who was in another PRW Chassis for Lee Faulk Racing.
“It was a great way to start the season,” Roger Johnson, owner of Performancenter Racing Warehouse said. “We’ve been working hard all winter to get customers cars completed and get everyone ready for the season. It’s been a really busy winter for us.”
“Carson (Kvapil) is a great kid with a lot of talent. The kid continues to amaze me everytime he gets behind the wheel of one of our cars. We’re looking forward to working with him and his family and all our customers this season.”
Performancenter Racing Warehouse has been extremely busy this winter building new cars and repairing and upgrading other cars. PRW Chassis is expecting a big racing season around the region and the amount of work they’ve had this winter gives them optimism about where the local racing scene is headed.
