ROANOKE, VA :: NRV Race Auction, which has become the premier late model auction east of the Mississippi, has relocated to Roanoke VA, and in doing so has landed a mighty big fish.  FDJ Motorsports has chosen NRV Race Auction as its source to liquidate a large amount of inventory.  “We’re pleased that Frank Deiny Jr. contacted us for this liquidation.  As some now know Frank is redesigning his business at FDJ, so he’s ready to get rid of a lot of stuff.  We’re very happy we will have a lot of it at our next auction, Saturday, November 16”, said Mike Dailey, owner of NRV Race Auction.

The auction still has room for other racers to put items in.  “The November auction is always our biggest”, said Dailey.  “People want to move their stuff at the end of the year and it just swells up our auction.  Our new location in Roanoke is even bigger, so we can take more on.  This will be huge and people will see some fantastic stuff and get some good equipment at a good price”.

NRV Race Auction is now located at 711 Salem Ave SW in Roanoke.  It’s just seven blocks down from the Roanoke Times building and is easily accessible from I-581.  “We weren’t going to locate to Roanoke unless we knew our customers could find us easily, get to us easily”, said Dailey.  “This location is fabulous.  People won’t believe how easy it is to get to, even with a big trailer.  We have a huge parking lot.  Even though we’re in the city of Roanoke, you can drive right to us with ease”.

Dailey also commented on the mainstay of NRV Race Auction, customer service.  “We will still fly right through our items.  We pride ourselves on being pretty fast, so we get through the auction pretty quickly”, he said.  “We should have our sheet metal guy back again.  He brings 4×8 sheets of factory irregular cuts to us and sells them for pennies on the dollar.  We also intend to have food on site and we’ll have the nicest, cleanest restrooms you’ve ever seen at an auction.   We’ve also purchased several cushioned chairs so our customers will be comfortable”.

The auction will be held at 11am on Saturday, November 16.  Customers are welcome early for preview.  For questions or to put items in the auction, contact Mike Dailey at 540-320-2135.
