6:00 a.m.: Garage and registration opens
6:15 a.m.: Mandatory crew chief and/or team representative meeting
6:30 a.m.: Inspection begins
9:00 a.m.: Fan gates open
10:00 a.m.: Transponder pick-up at the NASCAR hauler
11:00 a.m.: Track services meeting, Infield Care Center
1:00 p.m.: Practice begins (time approximate)

12:00 p.m.: Four 20-lap qualifying races to determine starting positions 1 thru 32 with top 8 in each heat race advancing followed by a 20-lap last-chance race with top 10 advancing to feature.

Wednesday, September 25
- All cars must remain in haulers until all haulers have been parked.
- Haulers can begin staging the day before.
- Registration begins at 6 a.m. on September 25 at the main ticket office.
- Hauler drivers need to move to the front of the line to sign in so they can enter the infield. They must pay when they sign in.
- Team members DO NOT have to have NASCAR license, but all drivers MUST HAVE NASCAR license.
- Drivers MUST have NASCAR license with them when they sign in, NO EXCEPTIONS
- No one under the age of 14 will be allowed in the pit area.
- Youth ages 14-18 must have a valid NASCAR license or a minor’s release.
- A parent must sign the release during the registration process. No faxed or mailed releases. Minor’s release completed on test day is good for race weekend if all dates are completed.
- NASCAR licenses will be available for purchase.
- Infield gates open at 6 a.m. for haulers to enter.
- On track from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with hour break at noon. Pit concession stand will be open.
- Hoosier Tire will be onsite for tire sales.
- Sunoco fuel truck will also be on site for fuel sale.
- Pit passes are $25.
- Pit passes for race weekend will also be sold on the test day. They are $50.
- Grandstands will be open to fans at no charge.

Technical Notes:
Ford crate engine location will be the same as the GM (Chevy) location; the #1 spark plug on the right side in line with the upper ball joint.
GM crate engine will be allowed the beehive valve spring update package.
