DAYTONA BEACH, FL :: Dylan Kwasniewski will lead the field to the green in Saturday’s Lucas Oil 200 presented by MavTV American Real after Bobby Gerhart, the winningest driver at Daytona in ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards history, failed post-qualifying technical inspection.  Grant Enfinger, Buster Graham, Mark Thompson and Chase Elliott rounded out the top-five.

Christiansburg’s Derrick Lancaster, a regular at Kingsport Speedway and Motor Mile Speedway, qualified 24th with a 50.723 second lap and will race in the Lucas Oil 200 presented by MavTV American Real.  Kwasniewski’s pole winning time was a 49.4 second lap.  Matt Kurzejewski, who used to compete in the UARA-STARS tour and at Tri-County Motor Speedway, also made the field with a 179.108 second lap, good for 18th.

Other notables include Chase Elliott, fifth, Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell in 15th, 10-time ARCA champion Frank Kimmel in 16th, former South Boston regular Jeb Burton in 21st and former Pro Cup Champion Benny Gordon in 23rd.

Gerhart’s time was not the only time disallowed.  Leilani Munter and Justin Boston, both competing for Venturini Motorsports , were also stripped of their runs as well as Spencer Gallagher and Tyler Reddick.
