East Carolina Motor Speedway has released their weekend schedule for the Second Annual Ronnie Barnette Memorial, which is headlined by a 200 lap, $6,000-to-win  Late Model Stock  Car feature race on November 7th.

Friday, November 6, 2015
10:00am – 11:30am: Sign-in and gates open LMSC’s only. All transporters will enter the pit area thru the back pit gate. Track officials will there to assist you.
• Parking will start at the entrance to pit road in turn 4 and parking will be as you enter the track
• If you would like to park beside another team you must be in line together.
• Teams may start getting practice tires. No qualifying tire at this time.
11:30am – 11:45am: Crew chief meeting at the start finish line on pit road to cover the day’s events

12:00pm – 5:00pm: LMSC Open practice. We will start with and maintain 12 cars on the track at a time. There will be a 5 minute break as needed every hour to clear the gates.

5:00pm – 6:00pm: All teams must start clearing out of the infield to allow track crews to complete their work in preparation for the Ronnie Barnette Memorial 250.

Race Order LMSC Heat Race – U-Car 50 – Late Model 200
7:00am: Gates open. All teams will mount their qualifying tires first. These tires will remain in the tire impound area. Once all qualifying tires are mounted practice tire may be mounted

7:30am – 9:30am: LMSC inspection line opens (all cars will be inspected before practice begins). Notes for the inspection line: Carburetor completely disassembled + base plate, you will pull your qualifying position. Infractions will be covered at this time with each crew chief

9:30am – 10:30am: U-Car Open practice. Breaks as needed determined by the Race Director. (Emergency only)

10:40am – 11:40am: LMSC Open practice. Breaks as needed determined by the Race Director. (Emergency only

11:45am – 12:15pm: Bando Open practice. Breaks as needed determined by the Race Director. (Emergency only

12:30pm – 1:00pm: MANDITORY LMSC – U-Car driver and crew chief meeting on pit road at the flag pole

1:10pm – 1:30pm: U-Car Qualifying (2 laps) = Scuff lap – Green Flag – Checkered Flag

1:00pm – 1:30pm:Release LMCS qualifying tires to each teams pit area. (Tires may be purged)

1:30pm – 2:30pm: ALL LMSC WORK IS COMPLETE AND CARS MUST BACK OUT OF THEIR PIT AREA at this time and proceed to the technical inspection building. All cars will qualify race ready. Maximum air pressure in the tech line is 20lbs in the left side tires and 30lbs in the right side tires. Air pressure can be adjusted on the qualifying line. (Air can be let out only)

2:30pm – 3:00pm: LMSC qualifying begins (three laps = 1 scuff lap then green-white-checkered). All cars will be impounded in your pit stall. No one is allowed to the car at this time. The top 15 will be locked in to the feature and 16 thru 28 will be set from the field for a 25 lap qualifying race. Then there are 4 promoters options setting the field at 32 entries (The Race Director has the option change qualifying procedures as needed).

Approx. 3:15pm – 3:45pm: Racing begins for the Bando’s – 15 laps POST RACE TOP 5 TO THE TECHNICAL INSPECTION AREA

Approx. 4:00pm – 4:30pm: Racing begins for the U-Cars – 50 laps TOP 7 FINISHERS TO THE TECHNICAL INSPECTION AREA

Approx. 4:40pm – 5:15pm: Racing begins for the 25 lap LMSC qualifying race this will set positions 16 thru 28.

Approx. 5:15pm – 5:30pm: After the 25 lap qualifying race when directed by the Competition Director we will have a final 15-minute work session. The allowable changes will be covered at the drivers meeting.

Approx. 5:30pm – 5:50pm: Line Up feature event on the front stretch

6:00pm: Driver introduction the front stretch.

Approx.6:15pm APPROXIMATELY: The LMSC 200 will begin. Qualifying tires must be used for the first race segment. At Lap 125 there will be a 10 minute break. 2 Tires may be installed & air pressure, Jacking bolt may be adjusted. During the feature event a Pit Road Inspector must approve all tire changes. Tire procedures and tire change penalties will be covered at the drivers meeting.

TOP 7 FINISHERS PLUS THE POLE POSITION TO THE TECHNICAL INSPECTION AREA FOR POST RACE INSPECTION
