Langley Speedway announced today that they have partnered with Dominion Raceway to bring the Dominion Racer division to Langley Speedway in a post on their Facebook page.

The Dominion Racer division is a Limited Late Model division designed to make racing a Late Model Stock Car style chassis more affordable.  Six events will take place at each track for a total of 12 races with a dual-track champion to be crowned during the final event on October 24th at Dominion Raceway.

Steve Britt, owner of Dominion Raceway credits Langley Speedway owner Bill Mullis and Langley Speedway Race Director Shayne Laws with making this happen.

“The credit for this really needs to go to Shayne Laws and Bill Mullis,” Britt stated. “We have wanted to do things for several years together and they made it happen. This class has been growing here at Dominion, its fun to watch, its racey and its easier on the budget for the teams.”

The dual-track series will kick off on May 2nd at Dominion Raceway with the second event to take place at Langley Speedway the following week on May 9th.
