As the race neared the midpoint, it was a three-car battle for the lead between the No. 44 of Dillon Bassett, No. 00 of Shane Lee and the No. 8 of David Garbo Jr. while a five car battle for fourth was closing in, lead by the No. 45 of Dalton Sargeant, with the No. 23 of Peyton Ryan, the No. 88 of Josh Berry, the No. 36 of Anthony Anders and the pole sitter of Byron in their tracks.
