Carteret County Speedway has released its 2016 season schedule which includes seven regular season races.
Carteret County Speedway, which is located in Swansboro, North Carolina, will kick off its second season of racing on April 30th and has races scheduled once each month through October.
The other dates listed are May 28th, June 18th, July 2nd, August 10th, September 3rd and October 8th. In addition to those races, the Championship Auto Racing Series (CARS) Late Model Stock Car and Super Late Model touring divisions will make visits to the .400-mile track in 2016.
The 2015 season is still ongoing at Carteret County Speedway, which is owned by Bobby Watson, with a race scheduled for Saturday night. The KOMA Unwind Modified Madness Series will visit the track on October 24th.
