COPPER HILL, VA :: Following the first full weekend of the season, where four different tracks and the UARA-STARS got there seasons kicked off, we are going to take a look around the region and see who had the best appearing cars from each track.
We’ve based this on the voting of the RACE22.com Staff using a 5-1 point system. Basically if a car was put first it received five points, second was four and so on. We then added the points up and the highest number was put first and so on.
While several drivers received votes, we’ve eliminated several from contention because they ran the same scheme last year. So your favorite driver might not make our list, and while they have a “badass” car, it was the same as last years.
Finally, at the end of the season, all the cars you see here and last week’s Top 5 from Southern National will be put into a list that includes the Top 10 from the Denny Hamlin Showdown at Richmond in April and the Virginia is for Racing Lovers 300 at Martinsville in October. We’ll ask the fans to vote on there favorite scheme from the season and the RACE22 Staff will also vote to determine who had the “Best Appearing Car” from the 2013 season. We are working on sponsors and prizes that will be announced at a later date.
With that, here are our picks at the best appearing cars from each track throughout the southeast.
