On this week’s episode of the Weekend WrapUp, we hear from the players of the weekend’s biggest event, the Hampton Heat 200 at Langley Speedway. It was the second leg of the Virginia Triple Crown series and the leaders of the series mixed it up late as Peyton Sellers made contact with Lee Pulliam and sent Pulliam spinning and Sellers was penalized for the contact.
With those two guys in the back for the restart with just a handful of laps left, Connor Hall and Nick Smith held down the front row. Hall outdueled Smith to the finish for the $10,000 victory while Smith settled for second in his first start of the year.
