The first weekend of December has become a sort of Christmas Come Early for those in the short track community as it signifies the arrival of the Snowball Derby at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida.
The race is considered the Super Bowl of Super Late Model Racing and has a field of nearly 70 drivers ranging from NASCAR, short track and open-wheel disciplines.

Here’s a look at the schedule of events for the the Snowball Derby. The calandar also includes the various other divisions participating in the week-long build-up to Sunday’s 300 lap Super Late Model main event.
The entire week can be viewed on a Pay-Per-View basis via Speed51.com’s 51TV streaming service. Race22.com will be on-sitethroughout the week providing insight and live updates, spearheaded by NASCAR reporter and Super Late Model editor Matt Weaver.
