Josh Berry set a new track record a week ago at Hickory Motor Speedway but slipped to third position by the finish of the race but this week he was able to put his JR Motorsports entry in victory lane.

Dexter Canipe, Jr. put his car on the pole for the nights race with Berry qualifying second and starting from the outside of the front row for Round #2 of the Paramount Kia “Big 10” Series for NASCAR Whelen All-American Series Late Model Stock Cars.  Matt Piercy, Casey Pierce and race one winner Ryan Millington rounded out the top five starters for the 100-lap race.
