BERWICK, ME :: While most of the New England contingent hasn’t made it to the track yet, Joey Doiron has already won a PASS National race and has now signed a new primary sponsor.  Wild Willy’s Burgers, home of New England’s best burgers and a strong reputation for good service and variety, with six restaurants in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, has signed on to sponsor the #73 Super Late Model for the duration of the 2013 season.  The partnership will kick off this weekend at Hickory Motor Speedway for the 8th Annual Easter Bunny 150.

Coming off the win at Auburndale, Doiron goes into the second PASS National race as the points leader and is looking for a win at the historic facilty.  Many of short track racing’s best drivers have gone to Victory Lane in the Easter Bunny 150, Mike Rowe, Ben Rowe and Corey Williams to name a few.  Doiron will be looking to add his name to that list.

“We are all looking forward to our new partnership with Wild Willy’s Burgers and to get it started this weekend at Hickory with a strong run,” Doiron said earlier in the week, “The race will be interesting, I’ve never seen the track before but we’d never seen Auburndale either and we adapted quickly.”

The action kicks off on Saturday with qualifying beginning at 3:30PM and the feature events rolling off at 6PM on Saturday, March 30th.  Come out to the track and support Joey Doiron in the #73 Wild Willy’s Burgers Chevrolet.  If you can’t make it to the track, then be sure to follow along with Race22.com with live updates all weekend from Hickory.  For more information on Joey Doiron, find him on Facebook at Joey Doiron Racing, on Twitter @jdoiron21 and online at joeydoiron.com.  For more information about Wild Willy’s Burgers, visit them online at wildwillysburgers.com or at any of their six locations!
