Today NASCAR Whelen All-American Series officials outlined the rules changes for the 2019 season officially via a Technical Bulletin on their NASCAR Members website.
Among those changes include the previously announced Ford SR347 upgrade package as well as the upgraded intake for the Chevrolet Upgrade engine package. Most notably the Billet one-piece spindles have not been approved for the 2019 season. The spindle must be manufactured as a separate piece.
