This weekend, RACE22.com will have Live Coverage of the “EZ Auto in Newport News” 125 at Langley Speedway in Hampton, VA.  RACE22.com’s Andy Marquis and Mark Rogers, Jr. will be at Langley Speedway on Saturday with all the information you can’t find anywhere else.

Friday:

Ace Speedway
Races cancelled due to inclement weather.

Anderson Motor Speedway
Races cancelled due to inclement weather.

Kingsport Speedway
Races cancelled due to inclement weather.

Southside Speedway
Races cancelled due to the threat of severe weather.

Wake County Speedway
Races cancelled due to the threat of severe weather.

Saturday:

Caraway Speedway (NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour)
George Brunnhoelzl III passed Tim Brown to win on the last lap of the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour 150 lap race while Ryan Wilson went on to score his first Late Model Stock Car victory of 2013 over Dan Moore and Robert Tyler.

Dillon Motor Speedway (PeeDee Coastal Super Truck Series)
Ryan Hall picked up the win on opening night, Saturday night. Hall beat Archie Adams, Jr, Greg Peterson, Justin Hicks and Jamey Lee the top five in a 14 car field.

East Carolina Motor Speedway
Races cancelled due to flooding.

Florence Motor Speedway
Averitt Lucas scored his third win in a row Saturday night. Lucas beat Michael Elliott and Christian PaHud the top three, in what we believe was a six car field.

Greenville-Pickens Speedway
Toby Porter and Justin Sorrow each won in twin Late Model Stock Car races at Greenville-Pickens Speedway.

Hickory Motor Speedway (X-1R Pro Cup Series)
Clay Rogers remains undefeated in the 2013 X-1R Pro Cup Series tour after beating JP Morgan and Tyler Young at Hickory Motor Speedway.

Langley Speedway
CE Falk dominated the EZ Auto in Newport News 125, passing Matt Waltz early on in the race and going virtually unchallenged.  The race featured only one caution flag.

Lonesome-Pine Raceway
It was Ryan Stiltner again standing victorious at Lonesome-Pine Raceway.  It was Stiltner’s third win in four races at Lonesome-Pine Raceway.  Jeff Woodward won the first twin race of the evening being the only other Late Model driver to win at the track this season.

Myrtle Beach Speedway
Sam Yarbrough led flag to flag to pick up the win in the season opener. Jamie Weatherford was second followed by Matt Cox in third, Justin Milliken fourth followed by Jamey Lee in fifth in a 20 car field.

Newport Speedway
Taylor Nesbitt won in the Late Model opener at Newport, her second career win.  Darrell Williams finished second and Taylor Coffman finished third.

Shenandoah Speedway
Brian Purdham won tonight’s race with last week’s winner Kevin Bush finishing second and Robert Bruce finishing third.

South Boston Speedway
Lee Pulliam picked up another win on Saturday night. Dustin Storm finished second, Austin Thaxton, Bobby McCarty, and Josh Oakley rounding out the top five in an 11 car field.

Southern National Motorsports Park
Tommy Lemons, Jr. and Jamey Caudill both scored wins in twin races at Southern National Motorsports Park.  Justin Snow second to Lemons in the first race, followed by Deac McCaskill, Brandon Dean, and Jamey Caudill in a 17 car field.  Caudill beat Brandon Dean in the second race with Tommy Lemons, Jr., Mike Darne and Melvin Langley rounding out the top five.

Sunday:

Oxford Plains Speedway (PASS North Super Late Model Series)
Cassius Clark has won the season opener for the PASS North Series at Oxford. Joey Dorion was second followed by Travis Benjamin in third.
