SCSCS: Television Package and Rockingham Event Possible

The Super Cup Stock Car Series has received numerous inquires concerning a proposed 2016 television broadcast package which would provide competitors national network exposure.

Although there has been significant progress made towards finalizing the television package including letters of intent having been tendered, due to the impending holiday season, SCSCS expects that a formal announcement may not be forthcoming until January.

The process of creating this package has brought several exciting and unexpected new opportunities to factor into the long term future direction, the most notable being from Rockingham Speedway (NC) which has approached SCSCS about hosting a special event.

Competitors are advised that the dates indicated by the rough schedules are targeted dates and are subject to shifting a week in either direction depending on available broadcast airtimes as well as production scheduling allowances.
