CHARLOTTE, NC :: Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials have added a new race date to the 2015 PASS South Super Late Model schedule at Kingsport Speedway in Tennessee and new details concerning the May race date at Concord Speedway in North Carolina.  Additionally, PASS will partner for the first time with the KOMA Unwind Modified Madness Series to feature both premier tours at the events at Kingsport and Concord.

“We’re very excited to announce the addition to Kingsport to our schedule and are very glad the KOMA Modifieds will be joining us there and at Concord,” said PASS President Tom Mayberry.  “Our new partnership with the KOMA Modified Tour will allow us to present two mega-events to our fans that will feature the best Super Late Model and Modifed racers in short track racing.”

The PASS South Super Late Models and KOMA Unwind Modifieds will first partner on Friday night, May 8, 2015, to help celebrate the 50th Anniversary season at Kingsport Speedway.  The event will revitalize the “Daniel Boone Classic” held originally at Newport Speedway in the late 2000’s.  This will be the first event for both series at the 3/8 mile speedway which will present a unique challenge as the only concrete track on their schedules.

PASS and the KOMA Modifieds will once again partner for the “Old Glory Twin 125’s” at Concord Speedway to kickoff the popular Memorial Day weekend of racing.  One slight change to the schedule is that the event which was originally scheduled for Saturday will move to Friday night May 22, 2015Saturday will now be utilized as a rain date if needed.
