Salisbury, NC(March 27, 2011) — RACE22 Radio presented by Performancenter Racing Warehouse is back this Monday night, March 28th at 7pm with another all-star short track racer lineup.

RACE22.com’s new Radio show just launched the first week of March hits the airwaves for our fourth show live streamed on RACE22.com. This week the show will feature a couple of the winners from the weekend that was as well as previewing another weekend of racing action from around the region.

Leading off this weeks show will be a full recap of the four races that managed to get in this weekend with the rain all over the region. We’ll talk about the action at Ace, Anderson, Kingsport and South Boston.

Perennial championship contender at Motor Mile Speedway, Mike Looney will be in “Studio 22” Live to discuss the upcoming season on the 4/10 mile speed plant. Looney looks to be the leading driver in the chase for the championship with last years champion, Brandon Dean and multiple-time champion Philip Morris not expected to race for the title.

Limited Late Model and former Legends car standout, Annabeth Barnes will join us to discuss her third place performance in the season opener at Hickory Motor Speedway. She’ll also discuss her plans for the 2011 season and beyond.

Lonesome Pine Raceway General Manager, Harold Crook will also be Live in “Studio 22” to discuss the tracks season opening event coming up on Saturday night. Crook will also let us in on his expectations for the new season and to let you in on all the exciting things LPR has going on this season.

From the Super Late Model side of things we’ll be joined by veteran Late Model Stock Car driver, RA Brown, who spent Friday at Dillon Motor Speedway gearing up for his inaugural Super Late Model start only to be rained out. He’ll be live on the “WP Racing Shocks Hotline” to discuss his foray into Super Late Models and will be joined by PASS South Series announcer, Alan Dietz on the phone. Dietz and Brown will review Fridays practice at Dillon and preview this weekends make-up date for the series visit to the South Carolina track.

Ace Speedway winner, Rodney Cook, who was with us last week, will be back to break down his win in Ace Speedway’s season opening event this past Friday night. This week, Cook will be Live in “Studio 22” to celebrate his win as well as to talk in more detail about the upcoming season.

Kingsport Speedway regular and now winner of two of the three races so far this season, Nate Monteith will be on the “WP Racing Shocks Hotline”. He’ll be discussing his most recent win as well as a controversial moment following the race between he and new rival, Lee Tissot.

We’ll also make an attempt to get Tissot on the phone with Monteith to discuss the post race incident that left one of Tissot’s team members in jail on Friday night. Hopefully these two can both give us their side of the story and let the fans in on all the details of the nights events.

RACE22 Radio can be heard LIVE exclusively on RACE22.com beginning at 7:00pm. The RACE22 Radio Studios are also open to the public for fans to come and mingle with the drivers and others in the racing industry.
