KANNAPOLIS, NC :: For the past two years Kodie Conner has competed in the Pro Late Model Division as part of the Pro All Stars Series South tour.  Following his rookie season last year, 2014 has been a breakout season for Conner with three wins in just seven races.  If not for missing the race at Dillon Motor Speedway with an engine issue in practice, he would most certainly be in the championship picture.

To get a jump on the 2015 season the team has acquired a Super Late Model from Daniel Hemric and Hoyt Demis, and Conner will make his debut at Hickory Motor Speedway by doing double duty in both the Super and Pro Late Model.  “I cannot be more thankful to my car owner, and grandfather Jerry Conner for believing in me and making this happen.” said Kodie Conner.

At 13 years old, Conner has already made a name for himself with hundreds of feature wins in both quarter midgets and Bandolero racing prior to entering the PASS Series in 2013.

Since the Pro Late Model race at Ace Speedway in May, which was Conner’s first career PLM win, he has been dominating the division.  Adding wins at Greenville-Pickens and Southern National in July, Conner has figured out how to run up front consistently in the bigger car.

With the help of coaching from Daniel Hemric and Jeff Fultz Racing with set-ups, Conner has proven he has the skillset to move to the next level of competition.

“I want to thank Jerry Conner Insurance, CRC Automotive, Three Way Plumbing, Perfect Fuel Chocolate, Amsoil, The Drive Shaft Shop, Scott Fillmore, and Jeff Fultz Racing for supporting the Tiger 45 race car in 2014,” said Conner.

The PASS South race at Hickory Motor Speedway takes place on Saturday September 20th with an on-track autograph session before Conner competes in the 50 lap Pro Late Model race, followed by the 150 lap Super Late Model event.
