8. Ben Rhodes
While we tend to not put touring series guys in the weekly power rankings, Ben Rhodes is the lone exception. Rhodes should have won the Myrtle Beach 400 in March. He had a good run at Richmond for the Hamlin Showdown, and Daytona is still fresh in everyone’s mind. Rhodes’ first victory is just around the corner.
