RACE22.com has long since been the standard for Late Model Stock Car racing coverage and with a shift in priorities, 2018 will have the most coverage ever offered through RACEDAY LIVE.

Coverage of Late Model Stock Car races is nothing new to RACE22.com, as it features the biggest Late Model Stock Car events in the country every year. However in recent years, RACEDAY LIVE had only been for “bigger” events and not covered a regular Friday, Saturday night or Sunday show. This season coverage will be all over the map.

“At one time you could click on RACE22.com and be sure that if there was a race going on somewhere that we’d have live updates,” said RACE22.com founder Langley Austin. “Over the last couple of years, we took a different approach and just worked the big races while providing pre and post race coverage from events throughout the year.”

“That approach really didn’t work for our readers or our race tracks. I can’t tell you how many messages and phone calls I’ve received over the last couple of years from not only fans and drivers but race tracks too that was really missing what we provided for them. Race tracks see the positive that comes from more people being exposed to their races through our RACEDAY LIVE coverage and they want it back. We’re going to give it to them.”

Austin says that the schedule they’ve put together for RACEDAY LIVE this season is extremely aggressive and will test the limits of our small staff.

“We’ve got 65+ days of coverage that we’re planning on right now and that doesn’t include a lot of the weekends where we don’t have a CARS Tour race or something else, so we’ll just show up somewhere,” commented Austin. “That’s a lot of coverage. We might be able to do that many but we’re going to try. We have an incredible staff that loves racing and has a passion for covering races. They’re excited about going to the track and doing what we do. This wouldn’t be possible without their sacrifice and commitment.”

We will kick off our expanded RACEDAY LIVE coverage with the Icebreaker at Myrtle Beach Speedway this weekend.

“The Icebreaker has quickly become that big spring kick-off for Late Model Stock Car racing. Who doesn’t like to go to Myrtle Beach? The staff there has always been great to us and we’re looking forward to kicking off what will be a huge season for us with that event.”

RACE22.com is always looking for sponsors and supporters. A new package that includes RACEDAY LIVE ads is being offered for the first time. The package includes the 12 CARS Tour races which was announced last week would be a part of our RACEDAY LIVE coverage for 2018. Adding those races gives us an additional platform for advertisers.

“We’ve developed a new package that gives advertisers an ad on the home page, ads on the sidebar of most “news” pages where stories appear throughout the year and ad impressions in our RACEDAY LIVE coverage for most events. These ads have been packaged at a discounted monthly rate with no year-long commitment required. It’s a great way to maximize exposure even for just one month.”
