RACE22 Radio’s debut for the 2019 season will have to wait another week after the ice storm over the weekend.

RACE22 Radio will now reset for next Monday, January 21st at 7:00 pm. The show will take place at the PRW Chassis Studio inside of Performancenter Racing Warehouse in Statesville, NC.

“We will take the week and reset and make sure we’re even more prepared,” said RACE22.com Founder Langley Austin. “It sucks having to push the show back as we had a really good show lined up but you can’t fight mother nature, especially this time of year.”

RACE22 Radio’s relaunch will come complete with the original cast of characters on the microphone and behind the scenes.  Corey Latham and Roger Johnson will join Austin in hosting the first episode while Doc Love has returned to produce the show.

“It’s going to be fun kinda getting these guys back together,” said Austin.  “Corey and Roger brought a lot to the last show and you know now that we’re even more laid back, it can only get better.  Also from a production side, our show was never the same after Doc (Love) left.  It’s already been great working with him to bring the show back.”

RACE22 Radio has also launched a new Podcast with the first episode already available on many podcasting platforms including; Google Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, Breaker, Pocket Casts, Anchor and we’re still awaiting approval for Apple Podcasts.

“We’re excited about the podcast as well. This is going to be something simpler than the radio show where I can jump on the phone with someone and get an interview or drive to someone’s shop and setup and bring you something cool without the trouble of a full setup for the radio show. This brings a lot of new possibilities and I think it’s going to be full of good content for our listeners.”

We will make additional announcements of more audio and video content coming to RACE22.com this year.
