Langley Speedway promoter and general manager Chuck Hall announced Wednesday afternoon that the track has canceled practices scheduled for Friday and Saturday amid negotiations for a new lease with the property land-owners. The track’s 11 weekly divisions were scheduled to practice on Saturday, and the Hampton Roads Kart Club go-kart drivers were slated to practice on Sunday.
