McCallister Precision Marketing (MPM) and Nesbitt Racing Enterprises announce continued solid results in the Southeast Super Truck Series for the 15-year-old Texas driver.

Cole has now posted a streak of 11 straight top five qualifying efforts and has been just as fast in the races continuing to run in the top five and a contender for the win each time out. While he continues to strive for his first SESTS win, he has made solid gains this year, leading 32 laps, 6 top 5’s, 7 Top 10’s, and a Pole Award in nine starts this year. He is solidly in the race for the Runner Up position in the Championship.

Cole entered Race 8 at Lonesome Pine Raceway solidly in second place in the championship and was looking to build on his lead. He would post the fast qualifying time and win his first Pole Award. He would run the entire race within the top 5 and would be sitting in P3 with four laps left when he had a mechanical failure that caused him to have a DNF.

He would remain in 2nd place in the championship as he entered Race 9 at Greenville Pickens Speedway and again qualified P4 in a top 5 group that was separated by only 9/100th’s. He would find himself posting the races fastest time of the night and running in P3 right behind the side by side leaders before an incident on the track sent him into the outside wall sustaining severe rear end damage. He would be relegated to the pits and would return on the lead lap in P19 where he fought back to salvage an eighth place finish in the 21 truck field.

Glasson stated, “We had a really fast truck tonight, unfortunately we had an incident early in the race that sent us into the wall with severe damage. Until that point we had posted the fastest time of the race and believe we had a truck that could contend for the win.” He went on to thank his sponsors of Starkey Mortgage, ProSoap, AM Technical Solutions, MPM Marketing, Driven Steering Wheels, K1RaceGear, Dallas Karting Complex, Comet Cleaners, and Real Sports Websites.

Tonya McCallister, Glasson’s agent, states “We continue to be pleased with Cole’s gains this year and he has proved he is good enough to run with the front runners of the series who are a group of veteran short track racers.” Martin Nesbitt, Team owner, went on to say, “While we wish we had better luck the past two races, we are a contender each week and are qualifying up front and giving ourselves a chance to win each week. We have three more races to try and secure the runner up position.”
